Journal of California Law Enforcement. If you would like to stay informed about current issues affecting the law enforcement profession today, then you should read the Journal of California Law Enforcement. Published quarterly by the California Peace Officers’ Association, the Journal of California Law Enforcement contains technical and scholarly articles on timely subjects written by professionals from the law enforcement, judicial and educational fields. The Journal of California Law Enforcement is a publication for professionals, written by professionals. Individuals and organizations involved in any areas concerned with law enforcement are encouraged to subscribe. A year subscription is $40 for bundled accounts, regular members and retired members, $55 for nonmembers, and $65 for all subscribers outside the US.
