This course is designed for those looking for promotion into a leadership position. This Leadership Development Course class has been presented throughout California for the last ten years. The track record of those promoting after completing this course is very impressive. The course has a five-month, forty-hour format (one day each month); there is a mentor component, readings, and interactive class work.
