This on line service helps mentees find mentors within law enforcement; and it gives law enforcement leaders an opportunity to share their experience and provide career guidance as mentors.
Commitment levels can varying from 1 or 2 weeks, if a mentee has an immediate challenge or has a question that needs to be addressed right away to longer-term engagements for career guidance. If you have any questions about the mentor or mentee requirements, please email CPOA at cpoa@cpoa.org.
