Booth Information

Booths are reserved on a first come, first-served basis. We encourage perspective exhibitors to call the COPSWEST office at (916) 263-5525 to inquire about available booth space.

 Each booth rental includes:

  10’ x 10’ space with draped 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side rails and carpet
  Professional one or two line company name sign  
  Security from move-in through move-out
  Listing of company name, address, phone and booth number in the on-site show program
  Your company name and booth number on the COPSWEST website
  Aisle cleaning
  
Pricing:
$1200 - CPOA Member First booth
$1250 - CPOA Non- Member First booth

$1100 - CPOA Member Second booth
$1150 - CPOA Non-Member Second booth

$1000 each - CPOA Member Third + booth(s)
$1050 each - CPOA Non - Member Third + booth(s)

Premium Booths (per space) - Level 1 add $250 - Level 2 add $200 - Level 3 add $100 (discounts for multiple booth purchases don't apply to premium booths)

$900 each - 10 x 10 Outside space

A deposit of one-half of your total booth(s) cost must accompany your Exhibit Space Contract if application is made prior to January 31, 2012. Full booth payment must be made by March 31, 2012. Contracts submitted after this date must be accompanied by full payment for all booths being reserved.

If you will be exhibiting a vehicle, you must reserve a minimum of two booths. If you will be exhibiting an oversized vehicle, please contact show management for special accommodations.

Cancellation Policy: In the event an exhibitor must cancel participation in COPSWEST, refunds will be made as follows: if cancellation is made prior to June 30, 2012, a full refund minus $250 processing fee will be issued. After June 30, 2012, no refund will be issued.
